Ion Beam Data

SPIRIT will collect ion-sample interaction data relevant for ion beam analysis and ion beam modification applications. These data will be presented here.

A comprehensive database of ion-solid interactions used for ion beam analysis can be found at the Sandia National Labs website. To find information about a particular element, click on its symbol on the periodic table.
