Standards

The objective of this activity is to provide a set of well characterized structures which allow a quantitative evaluation of the accuracy and depth resolution of a variety of ion beam analysis techniques (RBS/channeling, PIXE, NRA, ERDA) between different facilities. An intial proposal has been provided by Andre Vantomme at Leuven, and can be viewed here.
