Quality Assurance Handbook

Surrey has successfully obtained ISO 9001 accreditation, through the British Accreditation Bureau.  This certification is based on a quality manual that outlines how various business processes work, and that the organisation is required to conform to.  A copy of the Surrey Quality Manual can be found here.

Surrey is currently updating their QA manual, which describes the QA practices that take place at SUR and why they have been chosen.
