Quality Control
QA meetings are to take place internally at all the TNA providers on a quarterly basis. An example agenda for a QA meeting (based on the Surrey meetings) is given here.
QA workshops, involving each of the TNA providers are to take place on a six monthly basis. The first workshop took place on 18 February 2009, and an agenda can be found here.

Finally, quality Assessment of all the facilities offering transnational access will be measured by Surrey to ensure transparency for the users of SPIRIT. The assessement will be based on:
- Turnaround times
- User comments
- Results of Round table review meeting
- Round-robin actions
- Quantity and quality of user publications
- Relevance to industrial products (industry only)
- The quantitative performance of individual infrastructures in terms of the delivered user access
