Workshops

The activities of the SPIRIT project will be disseminated in depth to potential new users at three workshops.  The aim will is to give the users an education in ion beam techniques so that they can gain a full appreciation of where they might be used to complement their resserach.  Each workshop will last two days and will be aimed at young researchers and new potential users.  The workshops will be as follows:

2010 : Plitvice Lakes, Croatia, New Detector Technologies for Advanced Materials

27-30 June 2011 : Paris, High Resolution Depth Profiling

2012 : Lisbon: Ion Beams as a Tool for Nanotechnology

Bursaries are available for new users to attend the workshops to find out more about the techniques, particularly for those from new member states.

Further details of these courses will be posted here when they are available.
